One of the most common “myths” I’ve seen amongst patients is that they think their postural problem, niggles, sports injuries etc. will be fixed in just one session! The Truth is, it’s a process. There are so many physiological processes taking place during rehabilitation and retraining! The GOOD NEWS is that the results will come, however slow the progress! As long as you are committed to doing the exercises prescribed for you ( clear throat), and stay determined, you are on the right track!
