Stuttering often appears around 18–24 months, as kids experience a surge in vocabulary and begin forming sentences. While this can be frustrating for parents, some stuttering at this stage is natural. Patience is key.

Stuttering may last weeks or months, and for most children, it fades by age 5 without intervention. However consulting us can be beneficial if stuttering is frequent, worsens, or includes facial movements. Here are some other signs that a therapist’s help may be beneficial:
