Exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months means you are the source keeping your baby alive this is such an honour and privilege and you can be so proud!!! Continue until 2 years with solids is the ideal as we are trying to raise health babies with strong guts!

When we first started this midwifery practice, our dream was to provide safe, compassionate, and empowering care to growing families. Reaching this milestone makes us pause and look back with immense gratitude.
