Usually Hielde is the one telling everyone else to keep moving…

But today we think she deserves to put her feet up! 😂

Whether she’s helping a patient get back to doing what they love, getting her own kilometres in, or bringing her unmistakable Hielde energy to the practice — she certainly doesn’t do things at half pace.

So for her birthday, we’re prescribing:
