Operations & Bookings Coordinator

Do you have a passion for hospitality, creating unforgettable guest experiences, and bringing weddings and events to life?

Bella Bohemia is looking for an energetic, organised and people-focused Operations & Bookings Coordinator to join our growing team in a live-in position.

🦸🏽‍♀️What you'll be doing:
• Managing accommodation, spa and function bookings
• Responding to guest enquiries via phone, email and booking platforms
• Coordinating weddings, celebrations and corporate events
• Preparing function schedules and guest information
• Assisting with venue setup, décor and event hosting
• Liaising with suppliers and ensuring seamless guest experiences
• Working closely with our spa, housekeeping, kitchen and management teams
• Providing hands-on operational support during busy periods

🌿 We're looking for someone who is:
✔ Passionate about hospitality and guest service
✔ Friendly, confident and professional
✔ Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
✔ Able to multitask and perform well under pressure
✔ Comfortable working weekends, public holidays and flexible hours
✔ Computer literate with strong administrative skills
✔ Experience in hospitality, events, guest houses, lodges or wedding venues will be highly advantageous

🏡 This is a LIVE-IN position with accommodation provided on-site.

💰 Salary is negotiable and based on experience.
