1. No honey, you need pores. They actually serve a purpose. (But we can help to refine their appearance.)

2. Alkaline soaps on your face is a big NO. They disrupt your skin’s acid mantle, compromise your skin barrier, increase inflammation and dehydrate your skin. (A gentle pH-balanced cleanser is the goat!)

3. When treating skin concerns, patience is a virtue. It takes time. Trust the process.

4. Let’s say it all together: Apply broad spectrum SPF of at least 30 every day. (SPF 50 is even better!)
