Mediclinic Kloof and Dr Melt van Niekerk, Orthopaedic Surgeon, proudly sponsored Stop the Bleed Kits for Afrikaanse Hoër Meisieskool Pretoria (Affies). The Stop the Bleed campaign is a global initiative that equips people with the knowledge and tools needed to control severe bleeding in an emergency, helping to save lives before professional medical assistance arrives.

Dr Van Niekerk also provided practical training on using the kits during a bleeding emergency, empowering staff with vital life-saving skills that could make a critical difference when it matters most.
