This weekend myself and Dr. Nerina attended a pediatric chiropractic seminar hosted by the legendary and super knowledgeable Dr. Mike Marinus, all the way from the UK.

He is one of the leading pediatric chiropractors in the world when it comes to treating babies and is also known as the "baby whisperer".

We refreshed our knowledge and learned new techniques to help our little liefies struggling with colic, reflux and musculoskeletal conditions like torticollis and spasms..

Thanks for the great seminar!

We learned a lot and cannot wait to implement it in our practice and help your little liefies to become happy babies again :)

❤️ Donations to New Beginningz Baby Haven ❤️

We would also like to thank each and everyone that donated towards New Beginningz Baby Haven. We delivered the first batch of donations yesterday and it was really a heartfelt and amazing experience to see the work these people do with the kiddies. You are really amazing!! We would not have been able to do any of this without you.

We are taking another batch of donations during the holidays, so if you haven't had a chance to drop something off and would still like to be a part of this project, you can still bring it and we will gladly deliver it on your behalf.

Here are just a few photos for you to see how blessed we were by all your donations. The car was FULL and we had to keep some items on our laps and on the backseat.

Please note that the Centurion and Laudium practices will be closed from the 18th of October to the 24th of October 2021. We will be back at our post on Monday the 25th October 2021.

Dr. Nerina will be representing the practice at this year's Cape Epic Cycle Tournament during that week. This is a very exciting opportunity and only a select few chiropractors provide their expertise at this tournament.
