Wellness Coaching online or in-person - As a certified Master HNLP practitioner, and certified Wellness coach, I offer coaching practices, that teach you ways to find more resourceful ways when dealing with any challenges you are experiencing, managing triggers that make you unresourceful, causing anger, anxiety, regret, and self-loathing, etc. Soulful Yin Yoga and Sound therapy - I offer this to groups and in person. Yin yoga and Sound therapy are ancient technics that activate Inner Focus, Calm, and Relaxation, Regulating and implementing mental health, and wellness. Yin yoga is suitable for all ages, it is a deep inner journey, that cultivates inner reflection and inner peace, grounds us in our bodies, and out of the busy mind, leaving us feeling centered and ready to face life with all its challenges in a more resourceful way. All the teachings and practices offered by Namaste mediations are designed to bring clarity and meaning to your life. These practices bring you more joy and contentment, as you learn to know and understand yourself better, to find your voice, as you learn to listen within, and allow yourself to be guided by the Still quiet voice within you, often referred to as your Higher Self, finding the divinity that is always present to guide you on your journey.
