Today, a simple sentence from my patient reminded me how lucky I am to do my job.
At her 8-week breast reduction post-op appointment, my lovely patient (who so kindly agreed to let me share her images and story) was done, got dressed, and when she put on her cropped top, she simply said, "I never thought I would ever be able to wear a top like this."
And that's when I remembered, once again, that I am lucky to live my passion in a way that helps people so tangibly and meaningfully. Because breast reduction surgery is not about vanity, it's about empowerment.
It's about having a choice in what you wear. Living pain-free. Buying underwear that fits. Moving comfortably. Feeling confident in your own body.
Sometimes, the biggest transformations aren't measured in cup sizes or centimetres removed, but in the quiet moments when someone realises they can finally live life without limitations.
I love my job🖤
