As Pharmacy Month ends, we celebrate our dedicated pharmacy team who play an important role in supporting our patients and their health every day.

The 2026 theme, “Ask Your Pharmacist. Your pharmacist – Your Partner in Health,” reminds us that pharmacists are more than medication experts — they are trusted partners who provide guidance, answer your questions and help you make informed decisions about your health.

And because your health matters every day, our pharmacy is open 7 days a week, including public holidays:

📅 Monday – Friday: 08h00 – 18h00
📅 Saturday: 08h00 – 13h00
📅 Sunday & Public Holidays: 09h00 – 12h00

A special thank you to our pharmacy team for your dedication, care and commitment to our patients.

Ask your pharmacist. Your health is worth the conversation.

SUIT UP SEPTEMBER | Raising Awareness. Encouraging Early Detection

This September, as we celebrate 30 years of caring, we are suiting up for an important cause — raising awareness about prostate cancer in support of the Prostate Cancer Foundation of South Africa.

Prostate cancer is the most common cancer affecting South African men. The challenge is that it often has no symptoms in its early stages, when treatment can potentially be curative.

That’s why early detection matters.

This Suit Up September, we encourage men to take charge of their health, speak to a healthcare professional about their risk, and consider PSA screening where appropriate.

Suit up. Start the conversation. Get informed. Know your risk.

Your health. Your future. Your choice to get checked.

30 Years of Caring. 30 Years of Evolving.

Over the past 30 years, Urology Hospital has grown, changed and evolved — always with one purpose at the heart of what we do: caring for our patients.

From where we started to where we are today, the healthcare landscape has transformed significantly. We have embraced change, invested in innovation and continuously looked for better ways to serve our patients and support our doctors and staff.

Technology has played an important role in that journey. From introducing robotic surgery to South Africa in 2013, to advancing our surgical capabilities, investing in modern equipment and continually developing our facilities and systems, we have never stood still.

But evolution is about more than technology.

It is about people.
It is about learning.
It is about adapting.

It is about challenging ourselves to do better.

Over three decades, we have expanded our expertise, strengthened our teams and built a community of healthcare professionals committed to excellence in urological care.

As we celebrate 30 years, we look back with pride at how far we have come — and look ahead with excitement to what is still possible.

Because the next chapter is not simply about becoming bigger or more advanced.
It is about becoming better.

30 Years of Caring – Innovation – Making a Difference.
And we’re only getting started

WORLD PATIENT SAFETY DAY 2026 🧡

Safe care for life!

Today, we recognise the importance of keeping patients safe — not only during treatment, but throughout their entire journey.

Patient safety is at the heart of what we do.

It means creating an environment where patients feel heard, respected, informed and cared for — from prevention and early detection, through diagnosis and treatment, to recovery and long-term management.

As we celebrate 30 Years of Caring, we are reminded that healthcare continues to evolve. Technology changes. Treatments advance. Our knowledge grows.

But one thing remains constant: Our commitment to safe, compassionate, patient-centred care.
Because every patient deserves safe care for life. 🧡
