"Ignorance is a hazard"

In safety, ignorance is an unseen hazard.

As safery professionals, we cannot assume that the person doing the job fully understands the risks involved.
Knowing how to perform a task is not the same as understanding what can go wrong.
Our role is to keep training, reminding, and reinforcing.

Toolbox talks are not a formality. Thy are how awareness tays alive on the ground.
We do not know the reason behind the take in this video, but what stands out is the apparent lack of awareness of the hazards associated with compressed gas and the consequences of removing that valve.

Administrative controls are often weak or not fully implemented, yet they remain critical, especially when higher-level controls are not applicable.
