Marlie Viljoen opened her 400m season with a winning time of 52.43 seconds this weekend in Pretoria.

This performance sits just 1.01 seconds adrift of her lifetime best of 51.42 seconds recorded last year. ⏱️

- We will be *parking at Lynnridge Walk Mall*, just around the corner from Run-A-Way Sport. The gates will open at 5h00.
- *⁠Parking at Lynnridge Walk Mall is at own risk.*
- ⁠*Entries start from 5h00 @ Run-A-Way Sport*
- ⁠*Run/Walk start at 6h30 @ Run-A-Way Sport*
- ⁠Distances: 1.6km, 3km, 6km and those wanting to do a longer run can do any of these twice.
- ⁠Prize giving for the Raffle and Lucky draws will take place at *7h45*.
- ⁠*Entry fees and all funds raised at the event will go to Tswalo House.*
- ⁠*We have plenty of prizes to give away and there will be Boerewors rolls, great cappuccino’s and more after the run! Bring the whole family and all your friends for a great morning with us!*
