It's World Hypertension Day! ❤️

By taking control of your blood pressure, you can reduce your risk of heart disease, stroke, and kidney failure.

Here's how you can join the fight:

Get your blood pressure checked! Many pharmacies and clinics offer free screenings.
Know your numbers. A healthy blood pressure is generally less than 120/80mmHg.
Live a healthy lifestyle! Eat a balanced diet, exercise regularly, and manage stress.
