One month since our first full Ironman. πŸŠβ€β™€οΈπŸš΄β€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

What started as a big goal became months of early mornings, long training sessions, balancing patients and practice life, learning through fatigue, and showing up even on the hard days.

As physiotherapists, experiencing the process ourselves gave us an even deeper understanding of what the body goes through during training, racing, recovery, and everything in between.

While crossing the finish line was unforgettable, the journey behind it mattered just as much.

To everyone training for something big, rebuilding after injury, or simply trying to move and feel better again:
