Tegan B Yoga Be Yoga School runs internationally recognized 200 hour vinyasa teacher trainings online and in pers Join me as we get to know ourselves

Thanks to my mother I've been fortunate enough to have had yoga in my life from a very young age, however only in 2011 did everything fall into place. I completed Living Yoga's Teacher Training that year and began teaching in 2012. Since then I have completed another teacher training with Jim Harrington, as well as his 500 hour (advanced) training. In 2013 I was even more fortunate to go to India

where I met many wonderful teachers and wandered through some amazing ashrams. In April-May 2015 I completed the 300 hour Jivamukti Teacher Training in New York with David Life and Sharon Gannon. I am currently studying a BSc in Nutritional Science which I plan to further help my clients as well as myself. Yoga keeps me in check with myself, when I dont practise, I'm not myself. The more I practise, the more I get to know who I really am.

Feeding chair that rocks and reclines - I have used and loved my chair from the moment James came home. We still use it now for post nap cuddles or if we are going through a sleep regression🤪 I bought mine from Comfy Design Studio (previously Comfy Mummy)

Nanit South Africa baby monitor has been our most used item. I still use the breathing band even though James is 18 months, I love that I can check the playback to see when he woke up in case he didn’t make a sound when he did and to see how his sleep was through the night. It’s an incredible investment and something you use past the first year🙌🏼

ergoPouch South Africa are the best of the best when it comes to sleep sacks and onesies. They are so luxurious and you can feel by the fabric and the wear that the quality is next level.

Play Mats • Playpens • Tummy Time Mirror • Kids Sofas I can’t even count how many concussions we’ve avoided thanks to playing on this mat. It’s thick, durable and the designs are cute.

A night nurse - even one night a week off so that you and your partner can make a meal together, catch up and connect is so worth the money. The newborn phase is wild and it’s easy to forget about what brought you to this moment - that’s what you’re paying for. I had a night nurse up until 4.5 months, once James learnt to put himself to sleep I didn’t need. I learnt so much from the nurses who helped me, they gave me so much confidence, shared their tricks and gave us the time off to stay connected.

Not a paid post - these are my genuine suggestions I would make to friends🫶🏼
