Body awareness is where we begin.
Before we can understand what we need, it helps to notice what is happening within us.
Stress, trauma and everyday life can affect our nervous system in different ways. We might feel calm and connected, tense and overwhelmed, or numb and shut down.
None of these responses are “wrong”. They are ways our bodies try to respond and protect us.
This week, we invite you to gently notice your body without trying to change or judge what you find.
Ask yourself: What am I noticing right now?
Your breathing. Your energy. Your muscle tension. Your heart rate. Your sense of connection.
Body awareness isn't about fixing yourself. It's about listening.
This is the first step in learning what helps you feel supported, grounded and restored.
