Today, we had the privilege of hearing from Celeste Stewart, who shared her journey as a woman in South Africa—her experiences, the lessons she's learned, the challenges she's faced, and the hope she carries for the future.
Her story sparked meaningful conversations and left us with several thought-provoking questions. But one message, in particular, stayed with us.
As South Africa prepares to celebrate Women's Day on Monday, Celeste reminded us that the women of 1956 didn't wait for someone else to create change. They saw injustice and they took action.
It's a powerful reminder that progress begins when ordinary people choose not to stand by. Each of us has the opportunity to make a difference—in our workplaces, our communities, and in the lives of those around us.
