To all Practitioners out there - please be aware of this scam going around. Classic refund scam - they book an appointment for someone else. You receive an sms notification of payment for R2000 over the amount for the session. They then send a proof of payment via WhatsApp and tell you their son made a mistake and they desperately need the money back for a doctors appointment. Once I reached out to my students and Reiki Guild members - others reported her trying with them as well. Please see screen shots. Two different numbers and names but the same photo. Please check Truecaller when receiving any of these kind of requests. And please share this to anyone else working in the holistic and beauty industries.
