Mpilonhle - Men having Sex with Men - MSM Program Reduce the number of new HIV infections and further spread of HIV among men who have sex with men The program has three layers:

Mpilonhle Organisation received a funding from Beyond Zero for the MSM Program (Men Having Sex With Men). This program is an HIV prevention program is aimed at providing free and individualized services to our community. Biomedical:
- Condoms and lubricant distribution
- HIV testing
- Antiretroviral treatment for all
- PreP and PEP
- STI Screening & Treatment
- TB Screening

2. Behavioral:
- Emoti

onal and psychosocial support,
- Support for effective PrEP use,
- Adherence support,
- Harm reduction for MSM who use drugs.

3. Structural:
- Advocacy for human rights;
- Family reintegration and support;
- Dialogues with communities and law enforcement agents;
- Sensitizing healthcare workers
- Youth programs for young MSM
- Post-violence care

These services are provided for all Men who have sex with men in all five sub-districts (Umlalazi, Umhlathuze, Nkandla, Mthonjaneni and Mfolozi) under the King Cetshwayo District.
