Make time for some 'ME TIME' during the lockdown.

Whether it’s daily or weekly, try to carve out a little slice of time that’s just about you, even if it’s only for half an hour.

Adding a little "me time" to your schedule can help break up a dreary winter day and give you something to look forward to. Your "me time" doesn’t have to involve anything too extravagant, but it should focus on something that makes you happy, whether that’s catching up on a TV show or reading that book that you never had the time to, or just soaking in the tub. Set expectations with your family and friends. Let them know your "me time" is exactly that—just for you. They’ll be fine on their own for a little while.

4. If you have traveled out of SA in the last 30 days or have been in contact with someone who has, we will also need to postpone your appointment.
