Now is not the time to hide behind our sensitivity using it as a breastplate to protect our hearts. It is time for us to become fully sensitive, open hearted and willing to feel. Not absorbing the pain of others but acknowledging our own pain, the pain activated by current events in our world. This takes courage and the willingness to embody our humanness.

Once acknowledged, feel it, work through your own triggers and by doing so, you will bring yourself into a state of empowered, open-hearted acceptance. It is only when we accept what is happening without judgement, that we return our awareness to the now and respond consciously rather than react from a place of subconscious imbalance or wounding.

Acceptance is a choice, not one that condones, but one that reminds us that we are not in control of anything outside of ourselves. That fighting what is, adds to the energy of conflict and that the greatest power we have is love. Acceptance paves the way to expressing our essential nature; through prayer, ceremony, ritual, meditation we set intention and send love to those who are terrified, hurt, lost, in pain and experiencing devastation and loss.

Detachment without integration leads to a dysregulated nervous system. This is what keeps us in the energy of survival. For us to manifest peace in our world, we must return to a state of peace inside. Use the outer conflict to show you where there is internal conflict. Conflict can lead to transformation by bringing that which is hidden into the light.

By trying to bypass our humanness, we remain in the mind, thinking, analysing, and trying to understand. When we embody our humanness and align with our soul, we personify open hearted expression, become sovereign, consciously choosing to maintain our frequency and be the change, we want to see in the world.

We are not helpless, or powerless. We have the consciousness to access our truth and live it in each moment. We can shift energy, bring awareness, facilitate healing and empowerment and we carry immense love. Each of us now stands before this choice: regulate, embody and be the light or react, fight, and add to the energy of fear, confusion, and suffering.

This morning early as I was easing into my day, I received a message from Star Beings that are assisting us during this time of chaos and transformation on our planet.

What is unfolding on earth has a far-reaching effect on the galaxy. Bring in the light or you will descend into darkness. The bringers of light are assisting us to raise the consciousness on the planet. Each of you who have come to assist in this process is standing before a choice. Participate in the creation of the new or perpetuate the old.

Be the light. This is what you came to do. The time is NOW. Choose consciousness not sides. Choose love, vulnerability, and union. Choose humanity. Choose to integrate your humanness and lead from a place of compassion and truth. You choose to create or to destroy, with every thought, action, and every emotion.

is merely to be conscious
and present
in each moment
with what is?

What if healing
is congruence
and an open-hearted
acceptance of
who we are?

What if 'being' is allowing
the dance
of shadow and light
to settle
into balance?

What if judgement
turned to compassion,
fear to love,
and survival
gave way to creation?

What if we stopped searching
and sank deeply into knowing
quieting the mind,
that needs to understand,
and expressing the wisdom of our souls?

What if we were courageous enough to let go, tumbling into wakefulness
and releasing illusion
to dissipate like morning mist
in the light of truth?

What if the acceptance of our gifts
and the acknowledgement of our talents
paved the way to authentic expression,
meaningful collaboration
and the creation of community?

What if the embodiment of sovereignty
allowed us to show up
humble and receptive
knowing that humility
is the guardian of our true power?

If so, how would we choose to live this magical life on this beautiful planet?

Uncertainty is a lot like looking into a pool of water and not being able to see the bottom. Our minds tell us that crocodiles, eels and danger lurk below the surface and thus we stay safely on the bank, unwilling or unable to sink below the surface and explore.

There comes a day, when you can no longer fight, force, push and control. A day where life has brought you to your knees and the water calls to you. Silently you slip under her surface to face the crocodiles and eels. You have to, you know you do. In the murky depths, faced with our fears, wounds and traumas, the warrior rises, not to fight, but to shine the light of truth.

There are gifts, opportunities and magic in uncertainty. When we experience certainty, we tend to limit, restrict and control. We create based on what we think, what we have learned, logic and reason. Uncertainty gives us the gift of creating from our intuition, imagination and inner knowing.

It takes courage to let go, to live in the moment and take absolute responsibility for yourself. It takes courage to embrace uncertainty. Take heart fellow warriors for we have the courage to liberate ourselves by following the path of truth, compassion and love and in doing so create a new reality.

As we transition from the old group consciousness into the new consciousness that we are creating on the planet, it is becoming more and more important for us to protect our energy. The old ways of protection are no longer working leaving us vulnerable to energy impacts that lead us feeling exhausted , drained, unclear or stuck.
I have decided to share wisdom gathered through my own experiences and from working with clients relating to protection. My intention is to assist with awareness and share tools that will enable you to protect your energy field.

We will learn what protection is, why it is important and how to protect ourselves. During the workshop we will dive into behavioral patterns, energies, archetypal behaviour patterns, defense mechanisms, responsibilities and expectations to help illuminate where we are vulnerable to negative energy, projections and energy draining.
