Close your eyes.

Ask yourself the question, "Can you accept your body the way it is?"

Notice what happens in your body, what sensations or emotions arise?

You might feel contraction, tension.

Then gently ask, "Is it okay for all these emotions or sensations to be here right now?"

See if you can accept every emotion that is arising.

Let is be as it is.

And if you feel that another part of you wants to change something in your body, or even ran away from that body part, accept that too, and if you can't, can you accept the resistance. And just observe what happens.

Often with the act of acceptance and allowing something opens and we access a deeper intelligence, when an experience is allowed to be as it is.
