I ve seen people trying to prove a marriage in death [ post humously]. That time the very family that sat down bo rakgadi ke bo Malome deny that they came to marry you, that you are his legal wife.

We are at court on an urgent basis numerous time , especially when it comes to our people for orders drclaring so so the lawful spouse of a deceased someone. Trust me you will have difficulty proving a marriage esp bcos fights for the estate are always the reason behind such things.

If you dont go it doesnt mean your marriage is invalid, it just means you will struggle your way providing proof when it comes to estate matters, beneficiary matters even.

Dont put yourself in that situation. Go to Home Affairs if uou know you are martied ka customary law, that certificate will save you a lot of headaches.
