The wealth of medicinal research now demonstrates that, far from being an immediate or long-term threat to the person taking it, there are various medicinal and psychological benefits to taking psilocybin, including in treating depression and addiction to habit-forming drugs, such as cocaine and nicotine. Our aim is to inform and provide information regarding the study of psilocybin as a therapeutic modality of healing, psychotherapy and self-exploration.

It's so easy to speak kindly about other people, to other people, to our pets and to our plants. Yet so often, we say horrific things about ourselves and think horrific things about ourselves. Our self-talk can be incredibly cruel, and we'd never say those things to other people!

So, this beautiful little life hack that I saw the other day. It challenges you to name a plant after yourself. Every time you give it love, give it water, or speak kindly to it, you are also having a beautiful, loving conversation with yourself.

My life ‘topsy-turvied’ more than once when I was chasing one better feeling after another, trying to avoid old wounds.

After many years of trying various healing modalities, a significant ‘aha-moment’ (thank you, ego death) was when I realised that I’m not bad. I do not need to 'recover' from anything or punish myself into changing aspects of myself. I started learning how to care for myself instead. Slowly, I began forgiving myself and forgiving others. While learning to accept the parts of me I had spent years trying to reject.

As my thinking became clearer, a couple of surprising things began to appear in my awareness, like little gifts that arrived when I stopped running from myself.

It's easy to get caught up in the density of life, the bright lights, the noise, the endless distractions. In many ways, that is part of why we are here. To participate. To play. To experience life fully. So yes, get caught up at times...laugh, love, build, create, explore, and dance with this human experience 💃

However, within all that living, make sure you truly get to know yourself. Know the quiet truth beneath the roles, achievements, expectations, and identities. Become intimate with your own soul, so that you recognise what is sacred within you.

When we truly notice the divine within, our boundaries become clear, and so we know what we are unwilling to surrender.

Know your soul so deeply that nothing in this world can convince you to sell it ✨
