Our intent here is not to be hurtful of people who do Crossfit. It's more of an alert to let people know that they finally need to make a decision about their health. For the last 7 years, I warned people that Crossfit was extremely damaging. The response was skepticism, despite my basic physical breakdowns of their programming. I think it's we start thinking ahead about things, before a study comes out about the damages of a training system.

In the last 8 years that we have had FP running, we are still yet to report an injury that was caused by our system. Many years ago, injuries and pain in movement were my primary concern. I didn't play the middle ground because I knew people were going to get hurt bad doing Crossfit.

Think about this now guys... If it took just one year for over half of these people to get injured, imagine what would happen if they continued for 5 more years. I would argue those stats would increase to about 95 percent. That is being conservative. I'm hoping people don't take this as hatred, because there are some things about Crossfit that were somewhat acceptable. Finally, the concept if training humans in relation to their biological characteristics is taking off (a concept we originated specifically). Let is do it justice so more consumers don't get hurt.
