In SA , we are currently feeling anxious, drained but in as much as we are told to be vigilant, we have to work and the plans must executed.
This week, I had the honour of sharing knowledge in three very different spaces—and each one reminded me why I love what I do. 💚
🎙️ A conversation with Dr B Luvuyo Bayeni
We unpacked healthy eating, looking at how our traditional eating patterns have changed over the years and how these changes connect to the growing burden of non-communicable diseases (NCDs).
🎓 Guest Lecturer at Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University
I had the privilege of speaking to future dietitians about entrepreneurship and looking beyond the traditional clinical space—because our profession has so much more to offer.
⛏️ Mine Health & Safety Council Summit
I joined conversations around managing NCDs in the mining sector, contributing to the bigger goal of Zero Harm and healthier workplaces.
Three different platforms. One common purpose:
Sharing knowledge, creating impact and showing that nutrition belongs everywhere.
From the consulting room to the classroom, the boardroom and the mine—this is the journey. 💚
