My beloved mentor, mother-figure, friend and colleague, ‘s heroic life and fight against pancreatic cancer is over.

There is not a single person in Sexual Health in South Africa that has not been touched by her love, passion and generosity, personally and professionally in some way. So many of us have had our careers shaped directly by and because of her - I am think of *xologywithcatriona, .gynae, , and many more!

My family also loved her 💔

Her legacy, love and light will live in our hearts always. She has been an honorary member of *xualhealth for years and we will continue to honour her memory and tap into her passion and inspiration for decades to come. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Rest in peace now. You deserve it.

We are in Europe!!!!

Conveniently combine work and pleasure - the *xology Congress and Johann’s 50th birthday coming up soon. Exactly ten years ago we did Everest Base Camp for his 40th… unthinkable how much our lives have changed since then! 👧🏼👧🏽 Just taking a moment to deeply feel the gratitude for ALL of it 🙏 And to develop hopeful anticipation for all that is lying ahead of us 🙏

PS I have to admit that this was the second take of the selfie. The first one made the strain of moving, working, raising a family and travelling way too visible 🥴😝 Also aware that all those things are privileged things to be tired from! 🙏

That’s a wrap! *xualhealth is officially closed and we are on holiday!

Thank you to every patient who trusted us with their health in 2026 and for every purchase from the MSH Shop, every course completed and every meeting or webinar attended. It has been an honour for me to be a part a of so many sacred, beautiful and exciting journeys. Also the painful and difficult ones.

I look forward to serving you with my passion on full fire again in 2026! ❤️

When the .meyer.author comes out, the holiday has kicked off! I have to head back to the practice for 3 days later this week - I hope Bennie Griessel catches the bad guys before Wednesday! 😬
