We're super proud to announce that Dr. Marni will be making her way to the World Championship for Pole Art in South Korea this November.

We've started a Back-a-Buddy to raise some funds for flights, accomodation, private lessons, tracksuit etc.

I always recommend aqua to my patients! (No matter the age)

Exciting news, a new Aqua Class will be opening at Taryn's Swimming Academy in 2026.

This class will be specifically for Seniors and will be called the Senior AquaFit class.

You can expect a slower pace to my general AquaFit classes. In this class I plan to focus on strength building, increasing your range of movement. Working on Balance and Stability and improving Co-ordination. Expect aqua exercises, games and lots of fun. Also great to meet other seniors and to socialize.

First class starts Thursday 15th January 202t.
