🌿 Happy Teacher’s Day 🌿

Today, we celebrate the incredible teachers who show up each day with patience, compassion, and dedication — shaping not only young minds, but also nurturing hearts. 💚

As someone who works closely with teachers and learners, I see firsthand the emotional weight educators often carry. You hold space for children navigating big feelings, celebrate small victories, and quietly support those who need extra care — all while managing your own life beyond the classroom.

This Teacher’s Day, I want to take a moment to say thank you.
Thank you for your kindness, your creativity, and the countless unseen moments that make a difference. 🌱

And as you continue to pour into others, please remember to pause, breathe, and care for yourself too. Your wellbeing matters — for you, and for every learner who looks up to you. 💛

Here’s to our teachers — the everyday changemakers. 🫶🏼Tag your favorite teachers and spread the gratitude.

The month of October is dedicated to Mental Health with World Mental Health Day on the 10th of October 2025. SADAG encourages everyone to come together to raise awareness, break the stigma, and show support for Mental Health. By wearing green and starting conversations, we remind each other that no one has to struggle alone. Mental Health matters as much as physical health, and together, we can make it a priority. 💚
