Dear Patient

With the Covid-19 pandemic our practices have embarked on an intensified hygiene protocol 🔴❌

‼️No patient will be allowed to enter the practice with flu-like symptoms ❌

1. All patients will be asked to sanitize their hands when entering the practice. Hand sanitizer will be provided in the reception.

2. We strictly keep to appointment times, so please only arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to avoid overcrowding the reception area 🕐

3. Please bring your own 2 towels to lie on ‼️‼️

4. You must have your own mask.. If you do not have one use a scarf or buff 😷

5. Should you experience any symptoms associated to COVID-19 please reschedule your appointment, staff with these symptoms will also be asked to stay at home.

Dear Patients,

Kindly note:

• The practice is still open, and we are taking extra precautionary measures for both your and our safety.

• All appointment times have been increased to allow no waiting time and contact with other patients. Please understand this is a multidisciplinary practice and there might be other patients in the waiting room; in those instances please distance yourself.

• Please try not bring family and friends along to your appointment, we are trying to reduce the risk of potential exposure.

• All surfaces will be disinfected after each patient, as per usual.

• New towels will be used between patients, as per usual.

• You will be required to disinfect your hands before the appointment.
