🚨 Measles: Know the signs. Stop the spread.

Measles spreads easily — so knowing the warning signs can help protect you, your family and your neighbourhood. Watch out for symptoms such as:
🌡️ High fever
🤧 Runny nose and cough
👁️ Red or watery eyes
🔴 A rash that usually starts on the face and spreads to the body
⚪ Small white spots inside the mouth

If you or your child have a fever or suspect measles, please stay home and avoid close contact with others. 🧡

Perimenopause is a natural stage of life, but that doesn't mean it always feels easy. ♀️

While many people associate it with hot flushes, the changes can begin years before menopause and may include symptoms that often go unrecognised.
