PUBLIC NOTICE: FAMILY TRACING

Van Velden Hospital is requesting the public's assistance in locating the family of an elderly man who is currently admitted to the hospital.

The patient identified himself as Bokole Motsamai Mokgadi, approximately 80 years old. He says he is from Lekubung Village, Zeerust, North West, near Zero's Shop.

According to the information he provided, his family members are:

Wife: Mmatsela Mokole

Daughters: Bella Bokole and Thandeka Bokole
