We offer a range of weekly classes, including Ballet, 5 Rhythms & Personal Training with our teachers from all over the globe. Then every 6 weeks, we host our weekend Yoga Retreats for a weekend gathering filled with all things yogi & alot of fun! We also host world class Yoga Teachers Trainings based on the Science of the Chakra Yoga System, an extremely comprehensive course of upliftment and learning to know who it is you really are. Your heart will thank you..
