Is menopause stopping your gains? Not anymore.

I designed this workout specifically for women going through perimenopause and menopause , because when your hormones are changing , your training needs to change too.

This is a properly structured full body strength session , the way it is supposed to be done.

And remember : those last two reps of every set should feel almost impossible. If it feels easy , go heavier. This is how we build muscle during menopause. 💪
30 minutes if you do 2 sets. 50 minutes if you do 3 sets. You choose your level.

When last did you do an upper body workout entirely on the floor? 💪

No standing. No machines. Just dumbbells, a mat and 10 minutes and your arms and shoulders are going to feel this tomorrow.

Here’s what makes this one different 👇
*Active rest — instead of resting between exercises we do push ups after one exercise and plank after the next — no real rest the entire workout
*Glute Bridge Chest Press — hips up, hold the bridge, press the dumbbells — chest and glutes working simultaneously
*Single Arm Kneeling Row — on your knees, one arm at a time — back completely isolated.
10 minutes. Floor only. Upper body completely done.

This full body dumbbell workout is completely different from anything I have done on this channel, compound moves, combination exercises and single arm work all in one session.

Here’s a sneak peek at what we’re doing:
🔥 Push Up to Deadlift — push up, walk hands to feet, deadlift up — full body working in one flowing movement from the very first rep
🔥 Deadlift to Bent Over Row — hinge down, deadlift up, row — posterior chain and back completely working together
🔥 Single Arm Dumbbell Swings — one arm at a time, hinge and drive — power from the hips — cardio and strength combined

🔥 Wall Sit — back flat against the wall, thighs parallel to the floor — hold and breathe — quads and glutes working immediately
🔥 Wall Supported Single Leg Squat — back against the wall, one leg extended, squat on the standing leg — single leg strength like you have never felt before
🔥 Legs Up The Wall — Scissor Kicks — legs straight up, open and close slowly — inner thighs and core on fire 😄
