Some of our guys can go on and on with the daily meditation 🧘🏿‍♂️ till they are stopped for another class….as they have indeed learned that it strengthens emotional regulation,keeps them focused on the present moment,builds self awareness,allows them to be at peace with themselves, reduce the guilt and shame which drug addiction can cause.
