We are incredibly grateful to the support of Baker Labels. Their donation has meant that we can provide inkless hand and footprint kits to Essex hospitals as there has been difficulties in getting them and we want to make sure that all families have the opportunity to take those memories home.

We are incredibly proud to launch our Snowdrops Wellbeing service.

Grounded in psychologically informed Wellness Behaviours, this new service will offer monthly wellbeing sessions alongside our more traditional support groups.

Each month will feature a different activity, all designed to bring bereaved parents together, encourage time outdoors, and provide opportunities for gentle physical or mental wellbeing. Activities may include beach walks, yoga in nature, craft sessions, picnics, sea swims, mindfulness, breathwork, and more.

Above all, these sessions are about creating space for bereaved parents to pause, connect with others who understand, and take a moment for reflection and self-care. We hope they offer a gentle reminder that looking after yourself is an important part of navigating grief.
