🌟 Meet the Team: Luzaan Serfontein 🌟

Luzaan is a valued member of the Aldeia Noordheuwel team, where she serves as a Learning Therapist, supporting learners in their growth, development, and confidence-building journey. 💙 She has been working with children since 2013, gaining extensive experience across various learning environments.

For Luzaan, working with children is far more than a career—it is a calling. 🌱 She is passionate about creating meaningful connections with the learners she supports and takes pride in helping them feel encouraged, understood, and valued every step of the way.

Luzaan has also completed training as a Kids Life Coach, adding another layer of guidance and support to the care she provides. 🌟

Outside of Aldeia, Luzaan enjoys reading, writing, dancing, and pottery. 📚💃🏺 She describes pottery as a form of therapy that allows her to relax and express her creativity. She is also actively involved in her church community, where she serves as the décor team leader, helping create beautiful spaces that bring people together. ✨

Monique is a valued member of our Aldeia Noordheuwel team, where she serves as a Learning Therapist, supporting learners on their educational journeys and helping them build confidence in their abilities. 📚✨

She holds qualifications in Counselling, Child Psychology, and is a qualified Memory and Reading Therapist, providing specialised support to learners who may need extra guidance with reading and cognitive development. 🧠📖 Monique also holds a Level 1 First Aid Certificate ⛑️, ensuring a safe and caring environment for every child she works with.

Committed to lifelong learning, she is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Psychology, further deepening her knowledge of child development and learning. 🎓💙

When she's not working with learners, Monique enjoys expressing her creativity through arts and crafts. 🎨✂️ From handmade creations to intricate origami, her artistic flair and attention to detail shine through in everything she does.

When she's not supporting learners, you'll find her reading, cooking, or getting creative with arts and crafts. ✨
