ZATULET & CHAZ is proud to announce the successful completion of a one-week orientation program focused on the Triple Elimination of HIV, Syphilis, Tuberculosis (TB), and Hepatitis among GBVs. ZATULET is proud to announce the successful completion of a one-week orientation program focused on the Triple Elimination of HIV, Syphilis, Tuberculosis (TB), and Hepatitis among GBVs. The orientation aimed to strengthen knowledge, awareness, and community engagement in the prevention, early detection, treatment, and elimination of these major public health concerns.

Throughout the week, participants were equipped with valuable information on disease prevention strategies, the importance of regular testing and screening, treatment adherence, stigma reduction, and community advocacy. Interactive sessions encouraged open discussions, knowledge sharing, and practical approaches to promoting healthier communities.

The orientation highlighted the critical role that GBVs play in raising awareness, supporting vulnerable populations, and contributing to national and global health goals aimed at eliminating preventable diseases. Participants also gained a better understanding of integrated healthcare approaches and the importance of collaboration among communities, healthcare providers, and stakeholders.

ZATULET remains committed to supporting public health initiatives and empowering communities through education, capacity building, and awareness programs. Together, we can create a healthier future free from HIV, Syphilis, TB, and Hepatitis.

Dr. Alex Katakwe, the Minister of Health, visited the ZATULET Clinic stand, where the Programme Coordinator, Mr Mambo, presented the key achievements and challenges within the tuberculosis (TB) sector.

The TB Coordinator further explained to the Minister how ZATULET Clinic has positively impacted the community through its ongoing efforts in TB awareness, prevention, and patient support initiatives.

On 24th March 2026, in commemoration of World Tuberculosis (TB) Day, Zatulet Clinic set up an outreach stand where information on TB awareness and prevention was shared with members of the public. The initiative aimed to educate the community and promote better understanding of TB, its symptoms, and the importance of early diagnosis and treatment.
