1. "Eat a balanced diet."

This is a fallacy. Nothing exists like a "balanced diet".

This is a dogmatic phrase to make the masses adhere to the flawed food pyramid. You don't need a "balanced diet", you need a nutrient-dense meal:

• Fats
• Proteins
• Micronutrients

2. "Exercise will prevent obesity."

This is another lie peddled by system apologists & hospital conveyor belts. First, exercise must be INTENTIONAL. Exercises ( HIITs, LISS, Weight lifting) have different goals.

Second, it is only good food that prevents obesity.

80% its food.
10% is the exercise you do intentionally
5% is Proper sleep and peoper rest
5% is NEAT.

3. "Type 2 Diabetes is a lifelong disease. Swallow medicines for life."

Factually, Type 2 Diabetes is curable. I have helped more than 500 people cure it since 2021 by changing their diet and lifestile habits .

Anyone who puts you on lifelong medicine is interested in revenue collection, not your health. No one should swallow pills more than a month. No human being was designed to live on drugs for life.

4. "Fasting causes ulcers."

Merchants of the system will scare you if you tell them you are fasting. But the truth is:

Fasting cures ulcers. Fasting cures gut inflammation. Fasting allows your gut to focus on regeneration and healing. The more you eat the more you disturb the healing process in the gut. Close your mouth and gases (Gastritis) or Ulcers will disappear.

5. "Eat fibre if you have constipation . Eat pawpaw, fluits and vegitables to push stool"

Before you buy this lie, how sensible does it seem to joing a road with high traffic ? Why add more vehicles to a traffic jam? Sometimes we should learn to use common sense. Use it for once.

The bowel movement is stopped because the bowel is blocked, why add fibre to an already blocked bowel? Useless advise that does not help anyone.

I don't know how louder I can get by telling you morning breakfast is the most unnecessary meal of the day. You don't need it.

No living organism is hungry when they wake up because the body has already provided enough biochemical resources for use till the afternoon. ( Down phenomenon via counter regulatory hormones).

Whether you work in a sedentary establishment or work as a manual labourer, you don't need it. The body is not stupid. It has never been stupid. When you ask people why they eat in the morning,

They will tell you things like

"I need energy in the morning"

"I am avoiding ulcers"

But at 10 am, they are yawning like mongoose and already taking tea and bread. By the time it is 6 PM, they have eaten 4 other unnecessary meals before passing by the pharmacy to buy omeprazole and Relcer gel because of "hyperacidity".

They eat in the morning because they have been told by their Television experts and advertisements that eating Weetabix, sausages, fruit juice and a cup of (pausterized)milk tea will make them energetic and healthy.

Eating in the morning is interfering with your hormonal system and circadian rhythm. The body is not stupid.

"Breakfast is the most important meal" is a phrase popularized by refined cereals companies like Kellogg's, General Mills and Néstlé to sell their cereals like Weetabix.

Morning breakfast is the most useless meal of the day.

Why? Because in the morning, your body has high blood sugars in preparation for the day. In the morning, your body, therefore, has enough energy to push you till afternoon.

The sugars begin dropping at midday.

Our forefathers never ate the so-called morning breakfast. It's our parents who adopted it when civilization took over. Our parents wanted to live like the European who ate 6 meals a day.

The European today is ditching morning breakfast, so why are you stuck with it? I know the answer. PAVLOV CLASSICAL CONDITIONING.

MORNING BREAKFAST Human beings don't need it. I never saw my grandfather eating it. I never saw my grandmother eating it. I never ate it in my early primary school days until I joined my parents in the city, that's when I first ate morning breakfast before going to school.

At 4 am, the body gets into a 'fright & flight' mode to prepare you to wake up and face the day. Counter regulatory hormones are secreted thence raising blood glucose, blood pressure and heart rate.

In the morning from 5 am till midday, your blood glucose levels are high and ready to be used for your daily activities whether you work in mine or construction site or in theatre or farm.

This biological phenomenon is regulated by a biological clock known as the circadian rhythm. Any medical professional who tells you to eat morning breakfast is either doesn't understand the science and biology of down phenomenon or don't know the history of morning breakfast or is interested in keeping you sick enough to need monthly refill of drugs

Morning breakfast was fixed into our Afrikan dietary culture by the Europeans. Afrikans started eating morning breakfast because they wanted to fit in with the European culture.

Afrikan dietary culture did not have things like breakfast or lunch or supper. Afrikans ate when the sun crossed the midline shadow (afternoon) and immediately before the chickens came back home to roost.

My grandfather used to tell us during evening stories that "no normal human being should be eating when the chickens are sleeping" Morning breakfast has become a cultural fulfilment, not a nutritional necessity. It is useless.

10 BENEFITS OF NOT EATING IN THE MORNING.

1. Clarity of mind/ No memory fog

Eating in the morning fills your dopamine circuits with unnecessary dopamine drip which blocks your brain functions.

People who eat in the morning are always cluttered and disorganized because their brain is busy dealing with managing the disregulation of dopamine and at the same time managing digestion.

It is chaotic.

2. Energetic soul

At 4 am, the body releases counter-regulatory hormones which avail resources to help you carry out your functions. No matter how manual or heavy your morning activities are, the body knows this and will give you enough resources.

People who eat in the morning have a sugar crash therefore their bodies become lethargic in their attempt to balance the sudden spike of sugar and the low insulin occasioned by the release of counter-regulatory hormones.

Have you noticed that the people who eat in the morning are always tired by midday? Yes, sugar crash!

3. Emotional control

If you don't eat in the morning, it means you have overcome an impulse. It also means you have controlled the unnecessary flow of neurochemicals in the brain.

You are under control. Nothing will irritate you. Not even the chaos from your boss or the noisy call from your spouse.

Nothing moves you because you have controlled silly emotions.

4. Insulin sensitivity

Every time you eat food, you spike your insulin. It is even worse in the morning because the body has made it clear to you that it doesn't need insulin in the morning.

Therefore it releases glucagon hormone to counter the release of insulin and ensure insulin remains low. But when you eat, you interfere with this natural rhythm by forcing insulin to rise and with time, insulin will not be sensitive therefore predisposing you to diabetes.

If you don't eat in the morning, insulin remains low and hence it remains healthy and sensitive.

5. Blood glucose control

Since you don't eat in the morning, insulin remains low in the blood. The glucose already released by glucagon at 4 am, is now put to use by your morning activities.

Whether you are walking or running or in the gym or doing farm work or conducting surgeries or lifting things. The glucose availed by glucagon is enough to take you till midday atleast 2 PM.

In case there is a deficit, the body will go to the fat stores and request more fuel. This is called gluconeogenesis and it is achieved by the action of cortisol which is also a counter-regulatory hormone released in the morning.

Therefore you don't need to eat in the morning. The body is not stupid. Nature is not stupid and biology is not stupid.

6. Testosterone production

Apart from Glucagon, in the morning, the body releases growth hormone which stimulates the production of testosterone hormone.

If you go to the gym in the morning with the already availed growth hormone, then your testosterone will spike. 30 minutes after your workout, you will notice some strong erections.

7. Immune function

Cortisol and adrenaline which are released in the morning as part of counter regulatory hormones are anti-inflammatory. They help the white blood cells fight off inflammation by blocking inflammatory pathways.

Also, since you have not been in a temporary fasting state at night, these two hormones promote a temporary buffer against oxidative stress. This is the reason why sick people should avoid eating before midday.

8. Gut health

I have discussed this in length. I don't have to repeat. Simply put, if you don't fill your stomach with food, then you allow it to regenerate and become healthier, this leads to more HCL production, more enzymes, a healthy gut microbiome, a healthier pancreas, a healthier liver and a healthier gall bladder.

Haven't you noticed that people who eat morning breakfast are always yawning like a mongoose by midday?

Morning breakfast is an alien dietary concept introduced to human diets approximately 120 years ago. For the millions of years we have lived on earth, morning breakfast never existed.

In Afrika, it was introduced to our tables just 60 years ago. Afrikans woke up and went straight to work. The earliest they would eat was at 2 PM after completing tasks on the farms and the home.

Men had to ensure the tasks on the farms are completed.

Women had to ensure the tasks at home are completed.

Boys had to ensure livestock had grazed enough and drunk water.

Once these tasks were complete, the family met briefly for a light meal before embarking back to wind up the pending tasks. A heavier meal was served by 6 PM just before the chicken came back home to roost.

These two brothers were Adventists and took the advantage of an Adventist theorem of veganism to create a food production industry known as Kellogg's

Kellogg food industry still exists and it is domiciled in Michigan, USA.

These two brothers popularized morning breakfast to sell their cereals called 'corn flakes.' They got a breakthrough by brainwashing members of the SDA church and when they had collected enough revenue they built charity organizations which they deceptively used to push their agenda of morning breakfast.

Using top-notch propaganda, Dr John Harvey Kellogg, being a medical doctor, convinced everyone that 'Breakfast was the most important meal of the day'

But to sound modest and not appear as a shrewd salesman for his cereals, he added 'however, breakfast should not be heavy, it should consist of light cereals because a heavy breakfast can spike your blood sugar levels'

They captured research institutions.

They funded hospital activities.

They manipulated the media.

This is exactly how modern medicine has captured your minds to sell their products.

The Kellogs brothers were soon joined by another American cereals company known as General Mills which was founded in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

General Mills was producing, marketing and selling cereals. The idea of morning breakfast gave them leverage to sell their cereals with the tag 'morning breakfast is the most important meal of the day'

These two treacherous companies were then also joined by another European company known as Nestlé which was founded by an American who was living in Switzerland. Nestle was also specializing in morning breakfast meals but their interests were in condensed milk and infant formula feeds.

Then there was another master of American propaganda known as Edward Bernays.

Edward was Sigmund Freud's nephew who had mastered human behaviour.

He took the morning breakfast campaign a notch higher by pushing for sausages and bacon on the morning table.

For years, I blamed the wrong enemy. Like many people I thought chronic diseases like diabetes heart problems and even mood disorders were just the result of bad genes or aging and Fats.

I DON'T KNOW HOW MANY TIMES I WILL SAY IT BUT SUGAR IS VERY BAD.

We are the most medicated society in human history despite spending more on healthcare than any civilization in history

Children are developing diseases once seen only in the elderly. Yet the medical cartel is obsessed with looking to cure diseases that are caused by diets, instead of addressing the root cause

Let’s talk about what’s actually happening:

THE SWEET SUGAR TAKE OVER.

For most of human history, sugar was rare. Our ancestors encountered sweetness occasionally, wild fruit in season, raw honey if they were lucky. It was scarce, valuable, and biologically meaningful. Sweetness signaled energy in an environment where calories were difficult to obtain.

THE BIRTH OF INSULIN RESISTANCE.

As sugar became cheap and constant, intake quietly doubled, then tripled. What was once occasional became hourly drinks, snacks, “healthy” cereals. Insulin was forced to rise again and again.

Cells adapted by resisting the signal. Blood sugar stayed higher giving birth to a deadly condition known as INSULIN RESISTANCE.

INSULIN RESISTANCE AND OBESITY PANDEMIC.

Once cells resist insulin, the body compensates by producing more. Elevated insulin [ Hyperinsulinemia] shifts metabolism toward storage, not burning.

Fat becomes harder to access, hunger increases, and energy crashes follow. Insulin resistance doesn’t just accompany weight gain it accelerates it.

TYPE 2 DIABETES SHOWED UP.

As insulin resistance deepens, the pancreas pushes out more insulin to keep blood sugar controlled. For years, it compensates. Eventually, it can’t keep up. Blood glucose rises chronically. What began as adaptation becomes disease. That tipping point is Type 2 diabetes.

BLOOD PRESSURE ROSE.

As insulin resistant worsen, kidneys continue holding on to more sodium and water , raising blood volume and hence high BP. Insulin resistance trigger sympathetic nervous system which indirectly raise blood pressure, insulin resistant block nitric oxide synthesis which worsen high blood pressure.

ACCELERATED AGING.

Excess sugar doesn’t just expand waistlines, it ages tissue.

Chronic glucose spikes drive glycation, damaging collagen, stiffening blood vessels, and impairing cells. Oxidative stress rises. Inflammation lingers. Over time, high sugar intake doesn’t just shorten healthspan it speeds up biological aging.

THE RISE OF CANCERS.

Cancer is a metabolic disease, mainly fuelled by sugars. The metabolic theory suggests cancer is driven by damaged mitochondria rather than just DNA mutations.

Instead of efficient respiration, cancer cells rely on fermentation, fueled primarily by glucose (sugar) and glutamine, to survive and multiply a process known as the Warburg Effect.

So with all this we are going through, how on earth would a heath care giver recommend you to eat sugar in moderation? Moderating for what reasons exactly? Worsen addiction? Worsen insulin resistance? Worsen cravings? I don't understand.
