Throughout the month of May, our Salon Mental Health Corner focused on raising awareness about depression, one of the most common yet often misunderstood mental health challenges.

Through informative discussions, educational materials and meaningful conversations, we created a safe space for learning, reflection and support. Many of our clients took part by sharing messages of hope and encouragement for individuals experiencing depression, reminding us of the power of kindness and human connection.

Every conversation matters. Every act of support counts. Together, we can help reduce stigma, promote understanding and encourage those who may be struggling to seek help and support.

Here are a few highlights from our Depression Awareness Campaign.
