These are a few of the Buumi Foods combinations I’ve been loving lately — simple, nutritious meals that fit into the way I actually eat while working towards fat loss, maintaining muscle and keeping off the 20+ kg I’ve lost.
Here are the recipes 👇🏾
🌯 EGG & CABBAGE BUUMI WRAP
Ingredients:
• 1 Buumi Wrap — 181 kcal | 7g protein | 3g fibre
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups cabbage
• ½ medium tomato
How to make it:
Cook the eggs, sauté or lightly steam the cabbage and tomato, then layer everything into the Buumi Wrap and fold.
Total: ~376 kcal | ~21.5g protein | ~8g fibre
🍌 BANANA-BUUMI CHIA BREAD
Ingredients:
• ¼ cup Buumi flour
• ~145g ripe banana
• 1 egg
• 50ml plain yoghurt
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• Baking powder
How to make it:
Mash the banana, mix in the egg and yoghurt, then add the Buumi flour, chia seeds and baking powder. Mix until combined and bake until set and golden.
Whole batch: ~364 kcal | ~15g protein | ~10g fibre
🍔 BUUMI LOW-CARB CHICKEN BURGER
