•Must be chairing the meetings of the board.
•Must compile the report to be sent to President and Chief Executive Officer who is also the Managing Director (MD).
•Must be able to work with efficiency and effectiveness
• Must have a bachelor's or Masters Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management or any related field.
•Must be an affiliate of the professional body.

•**Must be someone who can pay the board affiliation fee of a minimum of K20,000 and a maximum of K50,000 to be recognised.**

• Must be between the age of 45 to 60 years.

SQEED Foundation Zambia is inviting Applications for 100 Scholarship slots available to those with good to excellent results:

√Scholarships range from USD 300 to USD 3000.

√The average amount MOSTLY awarded is USD 1,500.

Good Results - Credits (Grades 5 & 6)
Very Good Results - Merits (Grades 3 & 4)
Excellent Results- Distinctions (Grades 1& 2)

For Guidance on the Scholarship Application and other needed documents:

Bring your Statement of results or School Certificate, Admission Letter if you have, to the office here below address.

REQUIREMENTS:

•Must have good to excellent results as described above
•Must be 35 years and below
• Must bring 2 passport size photos
•Must have TWO detailed recommendation letters with 500 to 1000 words from either church, school, employer but not a family member.
• Must be pursuing his or her first certificate, Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree
•Must choose a local university or college
•Must not be applying for postgraduate studies (Masters/PhD programmes)
•Must have some other funds available, but will not manage to pursue the programme of choice without assistance

However, guidance will only be given to the Members while Non-Members will do the whole process singlehandedly. If anyone calls you soliciting other fees, contact the numbers and email below.
