SUCCESSFUL COUNTRY EXCHANGE & LEARNING MEETING
The Zambia Association of Gynaecologists and Obstetricians [ZAGO] and JHPIEGO, as consortium successfully hosted Country Exchange and Learning Meeting for the Accelerating Measurable Progress and Leveraging Investment for Postpartum Haemorrhage Impact (AMPLI-PPHI) Project.

The project aimed at reducing maternal deaths due to PPH by promoting and scaling up the use of lesser used medicines such as Tranexamic Acid (TXA) and Heat Stable Carbetocin (HSC) and Calibrated Drapes for the treatment and prevention of PPH, a leading cause of maternal mortality in Zambia.

This impactful event brought together five partner countries: Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Nigeria, and the host, Zambia – to share insights, strategies, and best practices in addressing PPH, a leading cause of maternal mortality.

Through dynamic discussions and collaborative learning, we are stronger and more committed than ever to saving lives and improving maternal health. Together, we're leveraging our collective approaches and strength to reduce, and end PPH in our respective countries.

Huge thanks to , , , , our partner countries, and everyone who participated and contributed to the success of this important meeting.
