Yesterday 7th October 2024, as Maverick Minds, a men's mental health NGO, we opened a helpline to provide PSYCHOLOGICAL FIRST AID and be that non-judgemental friend ready to listen to you whenever you are struggling with your mental health and need someone to talk to.

As this is an emergency line, we have opened it up to anyone who is facing a mental health crisis and needs someone to talk to (MEN, WOMEN, CHILDREN & ADOLESCENTS ).

We are here to listen and link you to the nearest facilities. You don't have to go through an emotional storm by yourself.
Together we can provide you with a safe space.

There is hope, even when you find yourself in a severe emotional storm and you feel there isn't a way out.
