I am over 65 years old, Do I have dementia?

Many people believe that dementia is a normal part of Ageing. This is simply not true. While older age above 65 years is a risk factor for dementia ,it does not mean that every older person will develop dementia.

Hypertension (high blood pressure) is categorized into different grades based on systolic and diastolic blood pressure readings. These grades help determine the severity of hypertension and guide treatment decisions.

Generally, Grade 1 hypertension is classified as 140-159 mmHg systolic or 90-99 mmHg diastolic, while Grade 2 is 160-179 mmHg systolic or 100-109 mmHg diastolic. Grade 3 hypertension is defined as 180 mmHg systolic or 110 mmHg diastolic and above.
