The training aims to enhance their skills and ensure the effective utilization of the ambulance in providing quality emergency healthcare services.

Today, all the In-Charges in Matero Subdistrict were recognized for their hard work and years of service as In-Charges. Every facility in Matero Subdistrict is run by one of these powerful Women. In their honor, PHS and Subdistrict Matron held a belting ceremony, a highly significant addition to their uniforms in recognition of their relentless hard work and service, in order to set them apart and to recognize them as leaders.
