On behalf of You Are Not Alone Zambia (YANAZ), we extend our heartfelt congratulations to H.E. Hakainde Hichilema, on being declared President-Elect of the Republic of Zambia following the 2026 General Elections.

Welcome back, Your Excellency. 🙏🏽

As a nation, we celebrate this moment with hope for continued peace, unity, progress, and a Zambia where every citizen feels heard, supported, and valued.

It’s been a while since we shared something here… and honestly, we’ve missed you. 🥺

But sometimes life gets heavy. Sometimes you need to step back, breathe, regroup and find your strength again.

Today, You Are Not Alone Zambia (YANAZ) is opening this chapter again. ❤️‍🩹

Our mission has not changed:

We are here to continue creating safe spaces for conversations around mental health, depression, anxiety, grief, su***de prevention, emotional wellness and the struggles faced by young people and people in uniform.

It is with deep sorrow and a heavy heart that You Are Not Alone Zambia (YANAZ) extends its heartfelt condolences on the passing of your beloved King.
The loss of a traditional leader is not only a loss to the royal family but to the entire nation. A king is a symbol of unity, wisdom, culture, and identity. His legacy, leadership, and service to his people will forever remain in the hearts of those he guided and inspired.
During this difficult time, we stand in solidarity with His Majesty Mpezeni Zwangendaba IV, the royal household, and all members of the Ngoni community. May you find strength, comfort, and peace in the cherished memories and enduring legacy left behind.

It’s hard to believe that as teenagers we go through so much that we hope we become that parent who is always there for their kids no matter what🙏To all the teenagers out there no matter how dark the moment is, it’s not your worst, yes right now it may seem like it’s the end of the world, but it always doesn’t👀 No condition is permanent breath and choose life, choose the struggle, you still have your life to ba thankful for and this just a setback it will pass remember destiny can never be denied, it can only be delayed, so yes today you find yourself a single parent, or whatever conditions you may find yourself in , it’s doesn’t mean that you have failed it’s simply means your dreams will take a little bit longer to achieve and that you just talking a detour but you will make it , giving up/ killing yourself is not the answer or an option 😣 forget about people they will always talk , but if you give up you’re giving them ammunition 😩 instead pick yourself up🫶🏼 in the end the sun will shine and they will hate you because u have made it ❤️🕊

Too many of our brothers and sisters are silently fighting battles we cannot see. Smiling on the outside, but breaking within. And sometimes, the pain becomes so heavy that they feel like giving up is the only way out.

But listen… your story does not end in pain.

At You Are Not Alone Zambia (YANAZ), we stand firmly against su***de. Not with judgment, not with shame—but with love, understanding, and support.

To anyone reading this who feels tired, overwhelmed, or hopeless:
You matter. Your life has value. Your presence in this world is not a mistake.

Speak.
Let someone hear you.
Let someone stand with you.

And to everyone else—be kind. Check on your people. A simple “Are you okay?” can save a life.
