As the Founder of Joy Activated, my heart is so full of gratitude! What a beautiful day of connection, laughter, reflection, healing and growth.

Thank you to every amazing lady who showed up and helped make the day so special. You brought the warmth, openness and beautiful energy that made the gathering truly unforgettable.

I’m so grateful for everyone who played a part in making this day a success, and I’m already looking forward to creating many more beautiful Joy Activated experiences together!

What if the things you’ve learned to “just live with” are actually things God wants you to heal from?

Sometimes we become so used to carrying pain, disappointment, rejection or difficult experiences that we don’t realise how deeply they can influence the way we see ourselves, relate to others and navigate life.

But your past does not have to define your future. Healing is possible.

We’ve created a safe, intimate space for women to come as they are, learn, reflect and begin taking intentional steps towards healing and wholeness.

We’ll explore trauma healing, mindset, emotional wellness, personal development, and practical ways to build a healthier and more whole life.

✨ You are allowed to pause.
✨ You are allowed to heal.
✨ You are allowed to become whole again.
✨ And you don’t have to do it alone.
