This is quite a scary for me to share 🙈 I’m not one for sharing photo’s of myself, but I am quite proud of what I have achieved in 3 months.
As I come close to the end of my studies with CNM - College of Naturopathic Medicine and looking forward to begin practising I realise that no one really wants to take health advice from an unhealthy practitioner. A really good friend kickstarted my motivation to be a stronger healthier version of myself and although I have a way to go still, this is me before and after 3 months of better and

I met the dearest mature lady last weekend.
👵🏻 ☕️ 👩
I was sat alone at a busy cafe during a market day and there were no available tables for this lady to sit and have a coffee while her daughter looked around the market. I welcomed her to sit with me and we ended up having the most wonderful conversations and exchanged contact details. It was very special to get this message from her last night. 💙 I am grateful to be able to meet people so easily.
